When we look at our visitor logs, we see lots of ideas about how to spell “mortgage.” Many of them obviously just happen when we type too quickly — “frost mortgagae,” for instance, or “frost mortgaga.” We’ve also seen “morage” (a fairly common one), “morgage,” “mortagae,” “mortgagew,” “motgage,” and many others.
You know what? It’s a tough word to spell even when you have time, let alone when you’re in a hurry to sort out a major decision.
